Stefano Giaquinta
Stefano founded Mutika in 2010 after a 20-year career in the European hotel industry. His background includes multiple Director of Sale roles,
in addition to Starwood’s Divisional Account Director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and to HelmsBriscoe’s VP Business Development EMEA.
During his previous roles, he had the opportunity to partner with international clients, hotels and destination management companies (DMC’s).
In addition, he won the XV° Edition of Ragusani nel Mondo for his very young career in a key sector as Tourism & Hotel Industry for the Sicilian Economy (2009); the HelmsBriscoe International Hotel Partner of the Year (2011 & 2012); and “Premio Telamone”, assigned by the Ce.p.a.A. as a public recognition to Sicilians who meritoriously engaged in entrepreneurship, research, social, politics, culture, art, who with their actions contribute to giving a different and better vision of the land of Sicily.
Stefano has been a member of ACTE, Association of Corporate Travel Executive, ICCA, MPI, SITE and is amember of FICP, Financial & Insurance Conference professionals.
This background would be the foundation to what led to creating an innovative Italian experience management company (EMC).
Stefano would receive consistent feedback from event management clients that when they came to visit Italy, they received a to-be-expected experience.
His passion for Italy, serving customers and desire to provide a unique, never seen before experience is what inspired the beginning of Mutika.
Stefano’s language is listening and experience. It is the groundwork to Mutika.

Born in Messina in 1983 and graduated in Tourism in Messina in 2006, tourism and travel have always been my favorite topics.
Thanks to my parents, Carmelo e Lina, Sicily and Italy (but not only) are in my pocket after many trips that helped me to discover and to love my “unique” country.
After 8 years spent in Taormina (Sicily), US, Trieste and Milan at Armani Hotels & Resorts I understood that Tourism is my future.
My present is at Mutika EMC for more exciting adventures, more experiences and for a smiling future.

Fabio Adamo
Fabio joined Mutika in July 2016, after a degree in Economics and Business at University of Siena and a Master in Tourism Management at Bocconi University. He began his career in Mutika as a trainee and then he has been confirmed in his first role as Finance & Operations Coordinator. After the first three years in Mutika he is now the head of the Finance Department.
Fabio is based in Modica, Italy and is responsible for accounting process, company contracts, budget & cash flow supervision and he reports directly to CEO. He also supports the CEO on HR Management, business strategies and company diversification opportunities.
Fabio handles the relations with company external advisors such as Legal advisor, Tax advisor, Privacy advisor, Health & Safety advisors, Insurance advisor, etc.

EUGENIA GIUNTA
Eugenia joined Mutika in February 2019, after a degree in Communication & Languages at IULM University in Milan, and a degree in Tourism & Languages at “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan, followed by a 5 year work experience in the hotellerie industry which led her in the MICE world.
Her career in Mutika started as Experience Team Leader, then as Experience Team Manager supporting and coordinating the operations team. After the first four years in Mutika she’s now approaching to her new role as HR & Business Process Manager, which include supporting the CEO on Mutika strategies to make Mutika the best place to work, by taking care of team well-being, as well as to make Mutika the best company to partner with, by improving process efficiency.
Born and raised in Sicily, after 12 years in Milan, Cordoba, London, she moved back home, in Modica, when she joined Mutika in 2019. She says about Mutika “it was the key to make my big dream came true, when it seemed to become more and more impossible: coming back home and doing a job that keeps me active, dynamic, passionate, by traveling and keeping contacts with other places and cultures which is the only way to improve ourselves”.
