With over 20-year career in the European Hotel industry, Stefano background includes multiple Director of Sales roles within Hilton Hotels Corporation, including the famous Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel, in addition to Starwood’s Divisional Account Director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and to HelmsBriscoe’s VP Business Development EMEA. During his previous roles, he had the opportunity to lead large sales teams & strategies, and to partner with international clients, hotels and destination management companies (DMC’s), across all segments with particular focus on luxury incentives and corporate events. In 2009, he has been recognized with the prestigious prize “Ragusani nel Mondo” of the XV° annual edition for his very young career in a key sector as Tourism & Hotel Industry for the Sicilian Economy; for two consecutive years, 2011 & 2012, he has been recognized by HelmsBriscoe with the “International Hotel Partner of the Year” award; in 2015, Stefano has received the prestigious prize “Premio Telamone”, assigned by the Ce.p.a.A. as a public recognition to Sicilians who meritoriously engaged in entrepreneurship, research, social, politics, culture, art, who with their actions contribute to giving a different and better vision of the land of Sicily.

Born in Messina in 1983 and graduated in Tourism in Messina in 2006, tourism and travel have always been my favorite topics. Thanks to my parents, Carmelo e Lina, Sicily and Italy (but not only) are in my pocket after many trips that helped me to discover and to love my “unique” country. After 8 years spent in Taormina (Sicily), US, Trieste and Milan at Armani Hotels & Resorts I understood that Tourism is my future. Fabio joined Mutika in July 2016, after a degree in Economics and Business at University of Siena and a Master in Tourism Management at Bocconi University. He began his career in Mutika as a trainee and then he has been confirmed in his first role as Finance & Operations Coordinator. After the first three years in Mutika he is now the head of the Finance Department.
Fabio is based in Modica, Italy and is responsible for accounting process, company contracts, budget & cash flow supervision and he reports directly to CEO. He also supports the CEO on HR Management, business strategies and company diversification opportunities.
Fabio handles the relations with company external advisors such as Legal advisor, Tax advisor, Privacy advisor, Health & Safety advisors, Insurance advisor, etc.

Kelsey joined the Mutika team in September 2019 after 15 years within the third-party market. In her previous experience, it was important for her to have a well-rounded understanding of event management. She began her career in operations and then moved to presale, account management and ending with business development. This variety of experience was in six continents and enriches the ideas and experiences she has to offer.
Kelsey is based in Des Moines, IA and responsible for strategic customer acquisitions and marketing development within the USA and Canada. Being based in the U.S. allows her to be available to Mutika clients and talk through a program’s intricate details having been on the client side and understanding the importance of listening to a customer’s needs.
She builds partnerships as an experience leader and drives event program improvement through her passion to create authentic, emotional experiences for customers. Kelsey believes you are only as good as the last program you operated and supports the Mutika team on reimagining today’s client and participant journey through understanding the lifestyle of travelers.
