On the occasion of the annual conference for a Consulting Client, the Mutika Experience Design Team have planned an event of 600 people from Italy and other European countries, in Venice.

Through the Registration Tool, totally managed by the team and created for the Client, all the information was collected in order to organize the trip to reach the destination and the participants’ agendas.

3 hotels involved for this event: San Clemente Palace Kempinski – JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa – Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. 3 of the bigger Hotel in the City, exclusive and well equipped with all the necessary comforts.

One Welcome Dinner, a gala dinner and one Award Dinner organized for three different moments of the Conference in as many exclusive locations: Palazzo Pisani Moretta, Arsenale with Le Tese, and Palazzo Ducale, the beating heart of Venetian history.

Mutika won this business out of bid which involved 5 Italian DMCs.
